Docu-Stroy has been providing Albury / Wodonga and the surrounding regions with a prompt and effecient secure document destruction service for over 20 years. Our clientele covers a variety of businesses including: Local and Federal Goverment Accountants Solicitors Medical Providers and Health Services Financial Institutions Retail Service and Manufacturing Industries. We provide services for personal home users and home offices as well.
We also provide a service on a sub contract basis for several national companies as part of a statewide or national contract. These include JJ Richards, United Services Group and Iron Mountain.
Our standard service involves the placement of 120L or 240L wheelie bins on your premises. These bins are blue in colour to better suit the office environment and to avoid any confusion with garbage bins. The bins are locked or unclocked at your discretion with an access slot and are cleaned and washed prior to delivery. We also collect archive boxes in bulk or as required and can provide a fully lockable trailer for larger cleanouts.
When your security bin is full Docu-Stroy will come and exchange it for you. We can do this on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly service or on an 'oncall' basis. Bins remain locked in our enclosed van whilst being transported to our Albury warehouse. We do not use compactors that can risk material security therefore total customer confidentiality can be assured.
Once at our Albury warehouse your confidential material is destroyed using our industrial shredding machines, then baled and transported to Amcor for recycling.
We want our clients to have the freedom to be flexible with their service and therefore we do not have 'lock in contracts' with you deciding all the way when your servicing takes place.
The Australian Government's National Privacy Principle 4.1 states that organisations must take reasonable steps to protect the information they hold about customers from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. The following principle states that you must destroy and permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed for its original purpose.
Also, you dont want your own company information falling into the wrong hands ie. your competitor. Docu-Stroy can provide you with peace of mind that this will never happen.
